We are happy to make custom designs for customers. All we need to start the process is a drawing that shows what is wanted.

In general it takes about 6 weeks to make a new parts.

Yes, we can make new designs from 10” to 30” in diameter.

All our centers are made from 6061 alloy aluminum, which is then rotary forged and heat treated.

Yes, our sales and engineering staff are happy to guide customers through the decision process.

The only requirement is to purchase a minimum of 50 pieces per part number.

Many of our customers buy custom designed parts and some buy existing parts, it’s really up the customer to determine what works best for their own unique situation. Our process is to work with each customer to help them through that decision process.

The process that helps us the most, is if the customer can send a drawing or rendering of what they want. From there we can quickly figure out the options.

Yes, AST uses our in-house heat treatment and aging facilities to both quickly and cost effectively produce your parts.
